after reading Rudolphthechidna's "Rights of the Shinigami" pages, I had an idea to make a mobian arrancar too.

after Aizen left the soul society, not only was he interested in Ichigo but Red Flash as well. when Aizen sat on his throne, he was approached by Mephiles the Dark. he too has a hate for Red Flash as well as Sonic, Shadow and Silver. so he and Aizen had made a secret partnership and created a group of Mobian Arrancars. one of them is named Zarich, and the other. Rodrigo Basaran. they were created for one purpose. find Red Flash and kill him along with his friends who help him. Rodrigo was the first to kidnap Cici the Cat and left with nobody noticing a thing. the moment was perfect to wait for Red Flash to be alone and make him easy prey. what will he do next? well you'll have to wait and see while I make more pages for Red Flash's backstory
